Airport Planning and Development Ltd (APD) were appointed to look into this and subsequently requested QinetiQ to assist in the technical part of the investigation. This report provides an assessment of visibility of both North Hoyle and proposed Gwynt y M\u00f4r wind farms from neighbouring radars.",
