    "description": "The connection of the Centrica Round 2 Offshore Wind Farms to the proposed\r\nsubstation at Walpole St. Peter presents a number of challenges that require a\r\nspecialised and unique approach.\r\nDue to the protected status of the environment in the Wash and its sensitivity to\r\ndisturbance, it is critical that the engineering methods proposed for installing the\r\ncables from the sub-tidal, through the inter-tidal and across the mudflats on to land is\r\ngiven due consideration.\r\nCentrica has committed to deliver sufficient detailed data for the \u2018appropriate\r\nassessment\u2019, a key part of the consenting process for this project. It is critical to the\r\nongoing project development process that this is achieved and that the information\r\npresented at the appropriate assessment is complete. The main objective of this desk top study is to summarise the methodology and tools\r\nlikely to be employed for the installation of the export cables. The methodology\r\ndescribed is that which is thought to have the lowest environmental impact and the\r\nhighest cable integrity reliability at the time of writing. The benefits of sub marine\r\ncable burial include mechanical protection of the cable and possibly reduced long\r\nterm environmental and visual impacts.",
