    "description": "Hywind Scotland (HWS) will be a pilot floating offshore wind project deploying up to 5 turbines that will be\r\non a floating foundation anchored to the seabed. There may also be a requirement for a small amount of\r\nseabed infrastructure additional to the anchors. A single export cable from the project which will come\r\nashore in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire. Statoil is the developer. The site is located in the area known as\r\n\u201cBuchan Deep\u201d, with a depth of water between approximately 93m \u2013 120m. The HWS main site AOI is split\r\nby the Forties to Cruden Bay oil pipeline.\r\n\r\nUnexploded ordnance (UXO) residue from World War One (WWI), World War Two (WWII) and post-war\r\ndumping of explosive ordnance (EO) presents a potential risk to the development. Nevertheless, the UXO\r\nhazard can be managed safely and at best value to the project through a comprehensive understanding of\r\nthe risks involved, the natural environment and the project development phases.",
