Key recommendations include leveraging local assets and expertise, improving transport infrastructure, accurately valuing non-marketed socio-economic impacts, maximizing local economic involvement, and supporting vulnerable social groups to enhance regeneration and create sustained socio-economic gains from renewable energy infrastructure.",
