    "description": "Oxford Archaeology, supported by George\r\n Lambrick Archaeology and Heritage\r\n Consultancy, was commissioned by COWRIE\r\n Ltd to produce guidance on the assessment of\r\n cumulative impacts on the historic environment\r\n arising from offshore renewable energy projects.\r\n The guidance applies to all areas which are\r\n likely to be affected by an offshore energy\r\n development, thus covering onshore as well as\r\n the coastal and marine environments. The\r\n marine environment affected by offshore energy\r\n schemes comprises UK territorial waters and\r\n the Renewable Energy Zones, which have been\r\nidentified beyond that limit. The guidance is intended to assist developers of\r\noffshore renewable energy installations,\r\nenvironmental consultants from all disciplines,\r\nhistoric environment contractors, industry\r\nregulators and other authorities, including\r\nhistoric environment curators at national and\r\nlocal level, and the public.",
