It presents the findings of the pre-construction Annex I habitats; benthic ecology; fish; shellfish; ornithology; marine\r\nmammals and geophysical surveys.\r\n\r\nSection 3 summarises the Marine Licence conditions that have been discharged either wholly or partially through the production of monitoring plans, the pre-construction surveys, and the production of survey reports.\r\n\r\nPre-construction survey reports for Benthic Ecology (BOD-101-04-NPC-MWL-00008-A-01 and 00010-A-01), Fish\r\nand Shellfish Ecology (BOD-101-04-NPC-MWL-00007-A-01) and Birds and Marine Mammals (BOD-101-04-BODMWL-\r\n00022-A-01) are appended to this report (Annex A-C).",
