    "description": "The objective of the survey was to provide high quality bathymetric, backscatter, subbottom\r\ndata and sonar imagery across the turbine area, cable route and landfall site,\r\nfor the evaluation and interpretation of:\r\n? Shallow geology and seabed features.\r\n? Benthic habitat and epifauna.\r\n? Bedrock at turbine locations to a target penetration of 20m below seabed. In\r\nparticular:\r\no Presence or absence of faulting over the 20m interval\r\no Rock mass characteristics, internal horizons and vertical extent of\r\nweathered/fractured zones.\r\n? Areas for known, unknown and potential archaeological material as part of the\r\nMarine Archaeological EIA work.\r\nIn addition, video camera imagery was collected to ground truth the interpretation of\r\nsuspected Annex 1 habitats at selected locations across the turbine area, cable route\r\nand landing site.\r\nA beach topographic survey was carried out using RTK positioning within the intertidal\r\nzone, with an air lancing technique used to ascertain beach sediment thicknesses.\r\nAs a separate exercise, magnetometer data was acquired within the Cemaes Bay area\r\nto locate the extents of an existing, charted sub-sea cable, which is believed to cross\r\nthe proposed L3 corridor.
