    "description": "This brief report concerns the analysis of boat mounted ADCP data recorded outside\r\nLynmouth bay on the 27th and 28th March 2005. \r\n\r\nData from this survey can be found\r\non the \u201cFugro GEOS Reference No C10637\u201d, an accompanying survey\r\ncompleted by Titan Environmental Surveys Ltd, entitled \u201cBristol Channel: Lynmouth\r\nSite Survey\u201d should also be used along with this report. \r\n\r\nThe survey area was rectangular in shape, stretching roughly 4.5 km east-west and 800m north-south and was positioned just offshore of Foreland Ledge, a shallow bank approximately 1km north of Foreland point.\r\nThe two main objectives of this report are as follows:\r\n1. To select a location within the surveyed area as the best possible turbine site\r\n(highest current) and check the directional stability of the flow at this position.\r\n2. To determine the mean spring current at the chosen location",
