    "description": "The Crown Estate has commissioned Prevailing to undertake data processing for a fleet of offshore masts around the UK. The goal of this processing is to provide a subset of masts and signals from the masts suitable for use in an atmospheric modelling validation study.\r\n\r\nData processing was carried out by DNV-GL previously. Prevailing has therefore undertaken the following steps:\r\n1. Selection of a subset of masts suitable for the validation study;\r\n2. Extraction of cleaned and calibrated data from DNV-GL files;\r\n3. Cleaning and calibration of raw data for these masts for all new data;\r\n4. Splicing of the DNV-GL and Prevailing data sets for each mast, with checks on consistency through overlapping records.\r\n5. Export of a single data set for each mast, for a subset of signals.",
