    "description": "This Written Scheme of Investigation (WSI) has been prepared by Wessex Archaeology on behalf of the Licensee in support of its objective to prevent significant impacts to archaeological receptors. This document comprises:\r\n- an overview of development parameters relevant to marine and coastal archaeology below Mean High Water;\r\n- a summary of the known and potential archaeological baseline;\r\n- an outline of the potential impacts to archaeological and cultural heritage receptors from the construction, operation and decommissioning of Blyth Offshore Demonstration Project;\r\n- a description of the mitigation proposed by Natural Power to prevent significant impacts occurring; \r\n- a statement on the roles and responsibilities in implementing, monitoring and updating this WSI; and\r\n- the scheme of investigations for mitigation and monitoring. \r\nIn its current form, this WSI encompasses the range of development options assessed and consented to allow post-consent flexibility in the final project design. As such, this high level WSI addresses all possible requirements for archaeological consideration at all stages of development of Blyth Offshore Demonstration Project; set out in Section 8.",
