    "description": "HiDef Aerial Survey Ltd. was contracted by Celtic Array to carry out a series of digital video aerial surveys of marine mammals, sharks and birds in the Irish Sea Zone over the duration of April 2012 to March 2013 on a monthly basis. Special emphasis was placed on survey with the North East Potential Development Area and the Rhiannon Wind Farm.
