The installation of the marine and terrestrial cables, construction of the access road, and works on the overhead lines would occur within or in close proximity to the Swale Special Protection Area and the Swale Ramsar site. \r\n\r\nEnglish Nature have advised that an appropriate assessment of the effects of the proposals is required under the Conservation Regulation 1994. The study concluded that there will be no significant impact on the designated Swale Special Protection Area and the Swale Ramsar site from the construction of the London Array offshore wind farm.",
