    "description": "Sea Generation (Kyle Rhea) Ltd, a development company set up by Marine\r\nCurrent Turbines (MCT), is proposing to develop a tidal stream array at a site\r\nbetween the Isle of Skye and the west coast of Scotland called Kyle Rhea.\r\nSea Generation (Kyle Rhea) Ltd commissioned Marico Marine (Marine and\r\nRisk Consultants Ltd) to undertake a feasibility study to identify whether\r\nthere are critical navigation issues associated with the development.\r\nAnalysis of vessel traffic survey data collected in 2010 by Marico Marine was\r\ncarried out to determine the magnitude and characteristics of vessel\r\ntransiting Kyle Rhea. The investigation included the analysis of vessel\r\ntracks, the comparison of vessel transits relative to tidal state, swept path\r\nanalysis, concurrent vessel analysis, and the computation of channel width\r\nrequirements utilising the internationally adopted PIANC methodology.",
