    "description": "The proposed Irish Sea Zone development occupies a roughly triangular area extending from approximately 54\u00b0 06\u2019 000\u201d N, 004\u00b0 00\u2019 000\u201d W, south to 53\u00b0 34\u2019 000\u201d N, 004\u00b0 00\u2019 000\u201d W and westwards to 53\u00b0 35\u2019 000\u201d N, 005\u00b0 09\u2019 000\u201d W. The zone thus covers an area of approximately 2200 km2 of which 135 km2 falls inside and 2065 km2 falls outside of territorial waters. It is located in water depths varying between 28m to 78m, the edges of which are approximately 20 km from the Isle of Man to the north, over 60 km from the Lancashire coast to the east and about 15 km from the Anglesey coast to the south. \r\nCentrica Energy Renewable Investment Limited (CERI) has requested that Renewable Energy Systems Limited (RES) investigates possible export cable landing locations for the Round 3 Irish Sea Zone at two locations. One is close to Wylfa in Anglesey, whilst the second is close to Stanah, north of Blackpool in Lancashire. These locations have been selected because of National Grid discussions and are currently only indicative locations.\r\n\r\nThe scope of this study is only to consider possible cable landings locations. It does not include cable routing further offshore, nor routing from the Beach Transition Jointing Bay (BTJB) landwards towards the sub stations.\r\n\r\nAvailable datasets includes Reports and Maps in pdf and associated GIS data in Shapefile format\r\n\r\nCorresponding Centrica Document No: R3-D-GC-001-0000-000000-004\r\n\r\n\r\nPlease note this report was intended for CREL internal use only",
