    "description": "The Port of London Authority (PLA) Hydrographic Service was commissioned by DONG\r\nEnergy to undertake a survey of the installed HDD exit point, including the as-laid\r\nprotective mattresses, at the Gunfleet Sands 3 Windfarm in the Thames Estuary.\r\n\r\nThe scope of work, for the April 2013 survey was for a MBES survey of an area of the\r\nseabed centred on the location of HDD exit point and installed protective mattresses.\r\n\r\nThis series covers survey elements which were undertaken on the 26th April 2013.",
