    "description": "The Orkney Research Centre for Archaeology (ORCA) was commissioned by\r\nXodus Group to provide a baseline assessment of the marine historic environment\r\nassets that may be affected by a proposed marine renewable energy development,\r\nwhich forms part of a wave farm at Brough Head, off the north-west coast of\r\nMainland Orkney. The area to be assessed is around Outshore Point, between\r\nPoint of Howana Geo, Northdyke, and Sand Geo, Marwick. Scientific Underwater\r\nLogistics And Diving (SULA Diving) were requested by ORCA to carry out a Desk\r\nBased Assessment (DBA) of the possible submerged cultural heritage along the\r\noffshore cable route. This assessment will identify any sites of cultural heritage\r\nsignificance that might be affected by the proposed development and make some\r\ninitial suggestions for managing any identified issues and impacts concerning the\r\ncultural heritage resource.",
