Following discussions and agreement with the DTI, it is not intended to request a formal scoping opinion as this has already been issued for the overall project. However, the document will be widely distributed to regulators, statutory consultees and other stakeholders to provide comments on the proposed amplified scope of the assessment relevant to the onshore works.
