A total of 41 boat-based surveys were carried out from December 2007 until November 2010 inclusive.\r\nThe main focus of this report was to use the data collected during boat-based surveys to establish a baseline against which any future changes during construction and operation can be measured. This data was used to identify which species were most likely to be affected by any changes on site during construction and operation.
