    "description": "WWT Consulting was commissioned by Centrica to undertake four aerial surveys of waterbirds and seabirds in inshore waters in an area of the Outer Wash approximately bounded to the west by Skegness, to the north by Mablethorpe, to the east by Wells-Next-the-Sea and to the south by the Norfolk coastline.\r\n\r\nThe aerial surveys were undertaken using a methodology developed in Denmark by the National Environment Research Institute (NERI) (Kahlert et al 2000; see also Camphuysen et al 2004).",
