    "description": "JP Kenny is designing and managing the installation of the export power cable\r\nfor the Wave Hub Project, an offshore facility that will allow wave energy\r\nconversion devices to connect to the National Grid. The Wave Hub will be\r\nlocated north of St Ives in a seafloor depth around 50-60 m. Its export cable\r\nwill come ashore in St Ives Bay, a route of 24.5 km.\r\nThis report provides the metocean design basis for the cable. The work is\r\ncarried out for JP Kenny under authorisation of their Service Order No 6600-e\r\ndated 19 February 2009 and the terms of the General Agreement for Provision\r\nof Consultancy and Technical Services between JP Kenny and Metoc dated\r\n9 August 2004.",
