    "description": "Fugro Geoconsulting Limited (FGCLTD) was requested by BOWL to perform a geotechnical investigation at the site to provide soils information to assist in the foundation design of the proposed wind farm.\r\n\r\nThe work was performed from the vessel MV Gargano from 31 December 2010 to 09 January 2011.\r\n\r\nThe objective of this investigation was to provide geotechnical information to assess the soil conditions for the proposed wind farm. The report presents the following information:\r\n\r\n(i) Details of the geotechnical site investigation, including descriptions of the methods employed for the in-situ testing and sampling;\r\n(ii) Results of the offshore in-situ testing and sampling;\r\n(iii) Details of the offshore laboratory testing that has been performed\r\n(iv) Results of the offshore laboratory testing performed;\r\n(v) Preliminary borehole logs and descriptions of the soil strata.",
