    "description": "Wessex Archaeology was commissioned by AMEC Wind and Offshore Wind Power\r\nLimited to prepare an archaeological desk-based assessment of the potential impact\r\nupon archaeological remains from two proposed wind farm developments within an\r\narea of seabed off the East coast of Lincolnshire. The main development comprises\r\ntwo offshore wind farms located within two rectangular areas - Inner Dowsing and\r\nLynn - both of which lie five kilometres off the Lincolnshire coast. The wind farms\r\nwill be linked to the coast by between two and four marine feeder cables. The site as a\r\nwhole lies between 557 500 and 566 800 E and 361 200 and 371 500 N.",
