    "description": "This marine geophysical, multibeam and seabed imaging survey took place in May/June 2012 in the area of Isle of May, Firth of Forth on board the RV White Ribbon. The survey was carried out by the British Geological Survey (BGS) and was commissioned by DEFRA to investigate best practice, and innovative methodologies for the mapping and monitoring of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs). Sea floor bathymetry data were collected using a Kongsberg EM3002D multibeam system. Sidescan sonar data was also collected. Photos of the seabed were taken using a drop camera and video was recorded using an ROV. These data are archived by BGS.",
