This Ecological Baseline Survey has been prepared by ESL (Ecological Services) Ltd, on behalf of Greater Gabbard Offshore Winds Ltd (GGOWL). Following a desk study, consultations and production of a scoping report, a range of ecological surveys have been undertaken to provide a baseline for assessment of potential impacts of this application. This report documents the methods used and results obtained, and assesses the biodiversity value of the potential receptors.
