This was done by cookie cutting using the newer data. Nodes were overlaid to ensure that all intersects had the necessary nodes. b) Where there were a number of slivers as a result of the cut and replace, these were removed and the adjacent polygons tidied up to abut properly. These adjustments were well inside the errors that can be attributed to the survey or digitizing errors (less than metre scale). Data processing notes are maintained for the resulting layers. The dataset builds on data collected for CCW Marine Intertidal Phase 1 project. metadata for the project can be viewed through metadata URI 24333.
