The Urban Waste Water Treatment Regulations (UWWTR) Sensitive Areas - Bathing Waters layer is a replacement layer of the Welsh only sites previously designated under the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive. It shows the extent of Urban Wastewater Treatment Regulation (UWWTR) sensitive areas Bathing Waters. The Urban Wastewater Treatment Regulations regulates the collection and treatment of waste water from homes and from industry. In the UK, the directive is implemented through the Urban Wastewater Treatment regulations 1994. Under these regulations, water bodies where treatment more stringent than secondary is necessary to fulfil the requirements of the Bathing Waters Directive should be designated as sensitive areas by Defra. This dataset shows areas currently designated as UWWTD bathing water sensitive areas. Mae'r cofnod hwn yn cyfeirio at gyfres o setiau data gofodol y gellir eu defnyddio ym maes rheoli Dŵr Gwastraff Trefol. O dan y RhTGDT, mae ardaloedd sensitif pellach wedi'u nodi oherwydd bod angen triniaeth bellach na thriniaeth eilaidd neu gyfatebol i fodloni Cyfarwyddebau EC eraill megis y Gyfarwyddeb Fframwaith Dŵr. Mae'r ardaloedd sy'n dod o dan ardaloedd sensitif yn cynnwys Dyfroedd Ymdrochi, Dyfroedd Pysgod Cregyn a dyfroedd sydd eisoes yn Ewtroffig neu a fydd yn Ewtroffig cyn bo hir. Dim ond ardaloedd sydd wedi'u dynodi gan Lywodraeth Cymru o dan Reoliadau'r Gyfarwyddeb Fframwaith Dŵr y mae Dyfroedd Pysgod Cregyn RhTGDT yn eu dangos.
