The antimicrobial agents tested were ampicillin (AMP), Ceftazadime, (CEFTAZ), Chloramphenicol (Chlora), Enrofloxacin (Enroflo), Florfenicol (Florefe), Gentamicin (Gentam), Merope, Oxolinic acid (Oxoaci), Oxytetracycline (Oxytet), Sulfamethazole (Sulfam), Trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole (Trisul). Histograms were generated for each antibiotic from the MIC values for 24h and 48h. To assess the assay performance, the recommended by CLSI for this method (CLSI 2020a) quality control strain *Aeromonas salmonicida* ATCC® 33658 was used on each run. The control strain was within the acceptable QC ranges, as these are described in CLSI documents VET04 (CLSI 2020b). The QC strain results are shown in the data set. MEDIN 3.1.1
