Original resolutions were resampled to 1km grids. 2. Pixel-wise calculation of 2.5 and 97.5 percentiles for timeseries. Temporal resolution selected was for high season (March-August) and low season (September-February). Doong case study: variables: average salinity, average temperature, maximum water depth Bantayan case study: variables: sea surface temperature, bathymetry, Zeu, PAR PAR, Zeu and bathymetry were used to calculate irradience at the sea bottom. Environmental data for Bantayan Islands case study are derived from satellite databases. Data for Doong case study originate from CTD survey. MEDIN 3.1.1
