The raw data were stored in the Smartbuoy SQL database. Data are subject to a full quality assurance procedure which assigns flags to poor quality data (e.g. for sensor malfunction, drift). Data was depth binned every 1m between 1 and the max water depth. Salinity corrected for using discrete samples analysed on a Guildline 8410a Portasal. MEDIN 3.1.1
