In this notice an account of these prospects is given and comparisons are made between the numbers of oysters found in dredge surveys in parts of the Solent, which have been examined for a number of years all grounds other than the Calshot fishery the survey was made as previously by dredging. At each station a Baird dredge with a blade width of 1m was towed over approximately 90m of seabed.
