Ocean Endeavour Equipment Type: Valeport Velocity Probe. Navigation Data Processing carried out using Gardline in House Voyager5 Software. Raw navigation data were opened in Voyager5 and manually checked and corrected for any spikes or erroneous points. Raw data were logged using Gardline in-house mini velocity software and Valeports datalog express software. No processing was carried out on the data. Total Positional Uncertainty derived from the USBL data - 0.4% at 1DRMS. Total Positional Uncertainty derived from the Fugro Starpack Navigation System - 0.1m. Sample rate every second. Data were processed using Gardline in-house Voyager5 software. Data were reviewed and any spikes and null data while the probe was acclimatizing at the surface were manually removed. Data were then decimated to allow for one velocity per meter before graphing. Total Positional Uncertainty derived from the USBL data - 0.4% at 1DRMS Total Positional Uncertainty derived from the Fugro Starpack Navigation System - 0.1m. Raw and processed data has been provided, along with a SHP and PDF of the SVP positions for the survey.
