An exercise to show the discrepancies was undertaken by Keith Hiscock and Chris Mandry on 14/10/2007 at 15:30BST. Both divers operated within physical contact distance, depth 21.8m, dive time 35 minutes. Keith Hiscock recorded 14 scallops, Chris Mandry recorded 44 scallops.
