This survey was collated by MarLIN as part of a contract to find information on the distribution of species and habitats in the Irish Sea as part of the Irish Sea Pilot project. Additional hauls were obtained using a runner-dredge with a stramin bag to sample the more active animals in the benthos and those living close to the bottom. The contents of the dredge were brought back to the laboratory unsorted and examined over a portion at a time. Event reference refers to the serial number of the dredge taken from the paper.
