Excel biological data for 45 pelagic hauls. dataset Loading of the vessel and installation of container and equipment was carried out on 30 June and was completed successfully. The vessel left Fraserburgh at 1400 hours on 1 July and _ proceeded to Loch Eriboll for a calibration carried out overnight. Survey work began at Cape Wrath on- ttie morning of 2 July. The survey continued in generally good weather until 12 July when the vessel steamed to Ullapool for half landing and crew change. A second calibration was carried out in Loch Broom on 12 July prior to landing. The survey continued from 13 July in good weather, until 18 July, and covered the full survey area up to 60°N 4°W. The vessel then rendezvoused with FRV Scotia at 0400 hours on the morning of 19 July to carry out a vessel intercalibration, in the area between 4 and 3° 20'W. This was successfully completed by the afternoon. Two further hauls were then carried out in this area for comparison purposes. A final calibration was carried out at Scapa Flow on the morning of 20 July. The vessel then steamed to Fraserburgh for offloading of personnel at 1830 hours on 20 July. Equipment and gear was offloaded on Monday 21 July. No time was lost due to weather or mechanical breakdown. One net was seriously damaged during a fishing operation on Barra Head Bank.
