Prior to applying to the Government for Consents to construct the proposed Kentish Flats offshore wind farm, GREP must supply information to allow Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The first stage of this process is to identify key issues through discussions with a wide range of consultees before providing the proposed details of the Environmental Statement (ES) to the DTI, and a number of other statutory consultees.
