High-resolution side scan sonar, swath multi-beam, single beam bathymetry, magnetometer and sub bottom profiler data were acquired along all survey lines, in order to accurately map the seabed within the survey area. Main survey lines were run at 50m spacing. In addition, a series of seabed grab samples and video footage were taken in order to ground truth the seabed classifications.
