While minimal disruption to tourism and landscape is anticipated, concerns from fishermen and recommendations for bird protection were noted. Key recommendations include leveraging local assets and expertise, improving transport infrastructure, accurately valuing non-marketed socio-economic impacts, maximizing local economic involvement, and supporting vulnerable social groups to enhance regeneration and create sustained socio-economic gains from renewable energy infrastructure.
