The tidal current regime in Kyle Rhea has so far been assessed through analysis of the published tidal stream data (admiralty tidal atlases), a hull-mounted mobile ADCP (transect) survey, the deployment of a single fixed ADCP8 and hydrodynamic computational modelling.
