Details of the historical maps reviewed are included in Appendix 5. Appendix 8 also contains a complete list of the identified sites (Historic Sites Record). A number of key historical maps are presented in Appendix 5. This process was supplemented by undertaking consultations with Aberdeenshire Council regarding their record of potential contaminated sites and contaminative activities.
