Land Use Consultants Limited (LUC) were commissioned by Mainstream Renewable Power Limited, on behalf of Neart na Gaoithe Offshore Wind Limited, to undertake a Landscape and Visual Amenity Field Survey and Viewpoint Assessment as part of the Environmental Statement.
