As part of the monitoring programme stipulated within the FEPA Licences for construction of the consented Lynn wind farm (Licence No. 31792/04/2) and Inner Dowsing wind farm (Licence No. 31814/04/2) off the Lincolnshire Coast in the Greater Wash Strategic Area, Emu Ltd. was commissioned by Centrica Renewable Energy Limited (CREL) to undertake surveys of fish and shellfish species of commercial importance and of epibenthic communities. In addition, this report also presents data from the same survey types collected to contribute to the Environmental Baseline component of the Environmental Statement for the proposed Lincs offshore wind farm. Effectively all data collected for the two developments complement the other, as they are in such close proximity. The report presents the aims of the pre-construction/baseline survey, describes the sampling methodology employed and presents raw and analysed results. The Appendix describes the results of the study.
