Current speed and direction bins are of 1m intervals. Only every third bin is telemetered on real-time but the rest are stored on-board. The sensor is positioned approximately 0.6 below sea surface and has a blanking distance of 0.5m. The first reading tagged 02m correspond to a bin from 1.1 to 2.1m Pings per ensemble is: North buoy - 8 depths: 02m, 03m, 06m, 09m, 12m, 15m, 18m, 21m.
