Due to project delays, at the end of the FEPA licensing period it was necessary to renew the consent. The purpose of this report is to summarise the requirements of the Marine Licences and confirm that the relevant licence conditions have been discharged. All Marine Licence conditions have been met for the pre-construction and construction phase and are in progress for the operational phase.
