Details of the project components considered for assessment are provided throughout this Chapter, along with descriptive information on the methods associated with the construction, operation and decommissioning of these components. This information has been used to inform the technical chapters contained within this ES and is considered to represent the Project’s ‘development envelope’. The technical elements of the Project give rise to the potential for multiple options in accordance with the Project design parameters (e.g. for WTG and foundations). The implications for the ES are discussed within Chapter 4 under the Rochdale Envelope principle and in Section 5.6 of this Chapter.
