The collection of industry documents were identified from public documents published by key industry bodies and their relevant members, and resources shared on the websites of leading marine developers active in the UK. Additionally, the review engaged with the regulatory context of social impact assessment in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and company law and Environmental Impact Assessment on a transnational basis.
