The suite of studies includes: - Geological Site Assessment; - Metocean Study; - Foundations Study; - Ports Review; - Tiree Port Assessment; - Foundation Fabrication and Installation Study; and - Cable Study. It should be noted that the area has attracted relatively little interest from the UK oil and gas industry, so that records of this area of continental shelf are much less detailed than can be expected in other parts of the UK. A technical review of the site geology has been carried out with Dr Jackie Skipper of Geotechnical Consulting Group / Natural History Museum.
