The development footprints defined by the Wind Farm Site and ECA are located north of the Isle of Anglesey, Wales, and combine to form the Study Area assessed as part of this review. This report comprises part of a staged approach and follows on from the non-statutory Zonal Appraisal and Planning (ZAP) process. It also follows the recommendations set out as part of the Round 3 Irish Sea Zone: Rhiannon Wind Farm Ltd. Environmental Impact Assessment Offshore Scoping Report (Centrica Energy and Dong Energy 2012). The results of this assessment have been integrated into a Preliminary Environmental Information (PEI) report as part of the Archaeology and Cultural Heritage chapter. This will in turn, be incorporated into the RWF Offshore Environmental Statement (ES) as part of the Cultural Heritage and Archaeology chapter, which will be submitted with the draft Development Consent Order (the planning application).
