Due to the wind farm pre-dating the data clauses which The Crown Estate insert into all offshore windfarm leases, the offshore wind farm developer had no obligation to provide survey data to The Crown Estate. However, despite this, The Crown Estate are pleased to have worked with Innogy and Greencoat Capital to retrieve as much of the historical data as possible. All of the retrievable data can now be found on the MDE.
